Lee E. Howard

Lee Edward Howard, 57 and Bowie resident, died June 19. Lee was an active member of the community, involved in Scout Pack 1040 and Troop 1283, influencing many of Bowie's youth for over 15 years. He is survived by his wife Deborah, two sons, Thomas and Jason, and grandson Jacob. Visitations will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 21. On Friday, June 22, there will be another visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to local Scout Troop 1283 or www.cjdsurveillance.com.
