She was past President of the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Bowie Elks Lodge #2309 and was an active member of NAARFE. Beloved wife of the late Wilhelm E. Schmidt; loving mother of Gerald Bergmann, Christopher A. Bergmann and his wife Julia, Wayne A. Bergmann, and the late Diana L. and Lori J. Bergmann; dear grandmother of Jason, Lori, Robert, Michael, and Jack. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Saturday, June 9, 2012 from 1 to 2pm, with a Memorial Service at 2pm. Interment private.
