On Saturday, May 19, 2012, of Heritage Harbor, Annapolis, MD. He was a long-time resident of New Brunswick, NJ, prior to his retirement in 1991, when he moved to Bayville, NJ. He was the founder of 416 Federal Credit Union and an employee of Delco Battery. He was a past Commander of VFW Post 2319. Beloved husband of Dorothy M. Bagnell; loving father of Dan Bagnell and his wife Sharon; brother of Roy Bagnell of Seattle, WA; grandfather of Peter and his wife Chrissy and Patrick and his wife Meredith; great-grandfather of Abigail. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 11am to 12pm, with a Funeral Service at 12pm.
