John W. Moore

John W. Moore, a former 35 yr. Montclair and 21 yr. South Orange resident, peacefully passed away at the age of 88 in Maryland, his recent home of 4 years, on April 14, 2012. A retired Port Authority employee with 42 years of HVAC related distinguished services and Coast Guard veteran, he was the beloved husband to the late Edythe Webber Moore, and brother of the late Lorenzo Bernard Moore. Survived by his loving daughter, Arlene, her husband Robert Steward, Jr.; brother Curtis and his wife Betty Moore; beloved uncle to Cheryl, Raven and Tracey Wingo, Curtis D. and Curtis R. Moore; grandfather to Nikita and Robert A. Steward; Leta Jones and Shanita Harrod.
