FLORENCE LOUISE WRONSKI SEPTEMBER 23, 1917 TO NOVEMBER 8, 2011 Florence "Kim" Wronski of Crofton, Md. (and formerly of Bergenfield, NJ) was born in Morrill, Kansas on September 23, 1917 and spent all of her childhood there. She was a graduate of Bryan Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, and received a BS in Natural Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University, Lincoln, Nebraska. She began her nursing career in 1942 during WWII.. She was stationed at numerous US Military Hospitals during her Army career, with overseas assignments in both England and Austria. She was very proud of her highest military decoration, the Army of Occupation Medal, awarded for her service in Austria from 1947 - 1949. She left the Army in 1952 after attaining the rank of Captain and later worked as an industrial nurse at Parents Magazine Enterprises, Inc, in Bergenfield, NJ. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Crofton, Md. Florence was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Thaddeus E. Wronski, who died March 1, 2005 and her parents, T.W. and Edna Miller Kimmel, two brothers and four sisters. Florence is survived by her daughter Mary Neall of Crofton, Md; two sons Steven K. Wronski of Oakland NJ, and Michael T. Wronski of Blauvelt, NY; and six grandchildren (Thomas Mackay; Michelle Leonard; Jonathon Allison, Michael and Samantha Wronski). Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 13th at the Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Crain Highway in Bowie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:15 a.m. on Monday, November 14th at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1800 Seton Drive in Crofton. Burial will be in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, Md.
