Nancy Caufield Marshall

Nancy Lee (Caufield) Marshall Beloved wife of the late Frank S. Marshall Jr. passed away peacefully on July 22, 2011 at her home in Bowie, MD. Nancy was born in Richmond, VA, raised in Pleasant View, VA, later residing in Fairfax, VA. She raised her family in College Park, MD, before moving to Bowie later in life. She is survived by her three children, Frank S. Marshall III, Ann E. Craynon, Mary M. Eldridge; son-in-law Duane, daughter-in-law Gail; six grandchildren, Johanna, Megan, Colleen, Lindsey, Duane and Robert; and three great-grandchildren, Rebekah, Everett and Rylee. Nancy earned her teaching certificate at James Madison University and began her teaching career in Fairfax County VA. She later earned her master's degree and retired from teaching in Prince George's County MD. Viewing will be held at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Highway, Bowie, MD. on Tuesday July 26 from 4pm until 6pm, followed by a short memorial service. Graveside service to be held at Spring Hill Cemetery, 3000 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA on Thursday, July 28. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401.
