Sigrid N. Whitney

Sigrid N. Whitney, 86, died on Friday, May 6, 2011 at her home in Bowie. She was born on May 6, 1925 in Puerto Rico. She was preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" D. Whitney; a daughter, Sigrid H. O'Ferrall; a son, Raul A. Santiago; and a brother, Rick Davis. She is survived by a daughter, Zulma E. Henneberger of Bowie; a sister, Yolanda Wheeler of Upstate, NY; 2 brothers, William Nemcik of Orlando, FL and George Davis of Wilmington, NC; 2 granddaughters, Sigrid Whitehead and Joy Santiago; 2 grandsons, Rick and Rob Henneberger; and 4 great-grandchildren, Luke, Reina, Bella and Kamila Whitehead. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Friday, May 13, 2011 from 12:30pm until the Funeral Service at 1:30pm.
