Linda Jean Bingham

Linda Bingham of Gambrills, MD, went on to HEAVEN on Friday, February 4, 2011. She is survived by her 2 children, Tom Bingham and his wife, Kristi of Owings, MD and Dale Bingham and his wife, Shelley of Owings, MD; sister, Connie Stevens of Houlton, ME; and 6 grandchildren, Brianna, Victoria, Hannah, Mackenzie, Alexandra and Addison. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 2pm to 4pm & 6pm to 8pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Faith Community Church, Reidel Rd. & Chapel Ct., Gambrills, MD 21054 on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 10:00am. Interment, National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA. Lindy was full of love and always cared for others, thinking more of their needs than her own. She worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and was scheduled to retire in February and be a fulltime Grammy to her 6 beautiful girls (grandchildren). However, God had a different plan. She is now up in Heaven, singing, laughing, talking to her Mother, Father, Step-Father, many Aunts and Uncles, as well as running around in her new body, leading the choir I am sure, and generally spreading cheer constantly. You can bet she knows everyone's name already, as well as their personal story. That is how she was, and that is how she is now. She has always treated all her son's friends as her own children (thanks Dave) and will surely be remembered by hundreds and hundreds of people that were grateful to have met her.
