On Tuesday, December 14, 2010 Norva Baldwin, of Glenn Dale formally Bowie, was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ and her family were the most important things in her life. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred E. Baldwin for 54 years, the loving mother of Raymond L. Baldwin and his wife, Joan; sister of the late Ernest, Louis, Raymond and Claudine; grandmother of Raymond A. Baldwin, Sheila Mainhart and Sharon Kranzler; great-grandmother of 8 great-grandchildren. She was an active member of Grace Bible Church of Seabrook Md. for 40 years, leading the nursery ministry for 15+ years, and working with the Ladies Fellowship for more than 20 years. Norva had a passion for cooking and baking. She made many meals for family, church, and needy families. She had a giving heart, finacially supporting many causes, specifically ones that meet the needs of children. Norva was loved by many and she will be greatly missed. She is now with her Lord and family in Glory. Praise The Lord and Rejoice. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 2 to 4 pm, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 11 am. Interment, Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, MD.
