Margaret E. Gerrity

Margaret Elizabeth Gerrity "Marge", 88, a 7-year resident of Annapolis and formerly of Bowie, died Sunday, November 7, 2010 at Heritage Harbour in Annapolis. She was born on February 26, 1922 in Scranton, PA, where she attended Powell Business School. She worked as a Secretary. She was predeceased by her husband, James J. Gerrity, on December 30, 1975. They were married on November 23, 1950. Survivors include her children, Mariellen (Fred) of Crofton, James J. "Jim" (Judy) of Bowie, Michael (Margot) of Clarksville, VA and Brian (Maureen) of Severna Park; a sister, Mary Lynch of Tifton, GA; a brother, George Bailey of Lancaster, PA; and 7 grandchildren, James, Jennifer, Joni, Alex, Katie, Pearl and Topaz. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie on Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 7:00-9:00pm, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2010 at 11:00am. Interment, Resurrections Cemetery, Clinton, MD.
