Captain Willie Hilliard, Jr. Federal Bureau of Investigation (Retired) On Friday, October 8, 2010 of Springdale, MD. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Taylor-Hilliard, and a daughter Aisha N. Hilliard and her husband Kevin E. Martin of Upper Marlboro, MD; his mother-in-law Lois Garnett of Fredericksburg, VA; four brothers, Rev. Charles Hilliard and his wife Carolyn; Robert, James, Clifton Hilliard and his wife Erica. Five sisters Carolyn Hamilton and her husband Richard of Los Angeles, CA, Nancy, Catherine, Annie, and Linda all of Spotsylvania County, VA. He will be eulogized on Friday, October 15, 2010 at First Baptist Church, 3440 Minnesota Avenue SE, Washington, DC with Rev. Dr. Harold N. Brooks, Jr. delivering the eulogy. Rev. Dr. Charles Hilliard will officiate the viewing will be from 9:00a.m. - 10:30 a.m. The Celebration of Life services will follow immediately thereafter. Interment, Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. Services have been entrusted to Beall Funeral Home, Bowie, MD.
