Adeline Rose DiFulvio Liebermann, also known as "Al' or "Mrs. Lieb", age 81, of Crofton, MD and formerly of Bowie, MD, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center in Crofton, MD. She was born on July 8, 1928 in Derry, PA and married her husband, Carl Ray Liebermann on August 5, 1950. He passed away on November 15, 1973. Adeline worked as a cashier at High's and 7-Eleven in Bowie, MD, was a past-member at both St. Pius X and Sacred Heart Catholic Churches, in Bowie, MD and she was an active, past-member of the Ladies of the Elks in Gambrills, MD. She helped to raise her grandchildren, Matt and Nicole Richardson. Her hobbies included ceramics, macramé, word puzzles, having lunch with friends, Bingo and cooking Italian food. She passed down many of her favorite Italian recipes, used Italian clichés and had a fantastic sense of humor. At the age of 48, she earned her Driver's License. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, Charles, Albert and Eugene DiFulvio and Irene Brunette. She is survived by her children, Adele Richardson of Crofton, MD, LouJean Pilkerton of Hughesville, MD, Carl Richard Liebermann of Baltimore, MD, Keith Edward Liebermann of Gambrills, MD and Marc Jay Liebermann of Odenton, MD; her sisters, Dorothy Herrholtz of Latrobe, PA and Julia Stahl of Butler, PA; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Saturday, May 29, 2010 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00pm until service time, 8:00pm.
