Edward Deward Lucas

Edward Deward Lucas was born and raised in Hedgesville, WV and served in the U.S. Air Force as a career enlisted man. He was married for 52 years to Fukuko (Nancy) Lucas, who compassionately cared for him throughout his 25 years of illness. In addition to leaving his wife, he also leaves his children, Donna Lee, Edward Jr., Edwin Dean and Sakura Kay (Sally), their wives and husbands, Rich, Jeannette, Ann and Jimmy and his beloved grand children; Shannon, Brandon, Andrew, Stevie, Deanna and Olivia; and his adored great grand children; Parker and Marc. He also leaves behind his sisters, Virgina, Lois and Phyllis along with numerous nieces and nephews. We will all miss his wry sense of humor, especially during our family gatherings.
