Donna K. Blazak

Donna Blazak Donna Marie Blazak, 50, of Bowie, died at home March 28 after battling cancer. She was born August 18, 1959, in Alexandria, VA. After graduating from Lynchburg College in 1981, she joined MCI (later Verizon Business) where she continued to work through late 2009. Survivors include husband, John Blazak, sons, Richard and Justin Blazak, mother, Gloria Kinsley of Bowie, father, Donald Kinsley of Bowie; sister, Carol Dumas of Boston, Mass., and brother, Patrick Kinsley of Los Angeles, Calif. Interment will be private. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 9:30am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 16501 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD.
