Ronald John Abend

Ronald John Abend, 50, of Gambrills, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 23, 2010 at this home. He was born May 30, 1959. Ronnie loved his family and was a great husband and father. God gave Ronnie a special gift to be a carpenter. He also loved to cook, play the guitar,piano,and sing and had a special love for animals. He loved to fix up old cars and help others. He was always around to tell funny jokes and make his loved ones smile. He will surely be missed. He has survived by his wife, Heidi Mae Abend; his son John Wyatt Abend of the home; his daughters, Madison Marie Abend of the home; and Heather Nicole Boreum of Annapolis and his mother, H. Joan (Abend) Paddy-Verity of Crystal River, FL; In laws, Harry and Sophia Johnson of West Virginia; Brothers, Kenneth Ernie Abend of Cumberland, and Cpt. Norman (Bob) Paddy, Mesa, AZ; sisters, Karen Dungan of Ferndale, Helen McMickle of Gambrills, Georgia Ringling of St Mary's County; step sister, Norma Jean Mirman Ocean City; and step brother, James Paddy of Edgewater; many nieces and nephews. His Step Mother, Barbara Abend from St Mary's County. He was predeceased by his father, John A. Abend, Jr., his paternal grandfather
