Win was a member of St. Matthew's United Methodist Church in Bowie and had a long and successful career in Radio Broadcasting in the Washington, D.C. area. Beloved husband of Eleanor L. Clearwater; loving father of JoAnne Kagle (Richard) of Glenn Dale, MD, James Clearwater (William) of Alexandria, VA, Carol Smiroldo of Annapolis, MD and Dawn Nightingale (George) of Chester, MD; brother of the late Ruth McGraw and Dorothy Henry; grandfather of Kerry Kagle, Holly Dorsey, Tony Smiroldo, Brian Arce, Chuck Nightingale and MaryLynn Nightingale; great-grandfather of Brayden Kagle and Elijah Nightingale. Family will receive friends at the family owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 6:00-8:00pm and on Friday, March 5, 2010 from 10:30am until service time, 11:30am. Interment, Maryland Veteran's Cemetery, Crownsville, MD.
