Mary Lou Wolfe 'Lucy'

July 17, 1928 — February 11, 2009

Mary Lou (Forrester) Wolfe left to join her husband, James Donald Wolfe, in the Lords house on February 11, 2009. Her children, Cindy Romanik and Donny Wolfe, Jr. were there at her passing to help celebrate her lifes memories. Lucy was a retired physical education teacher from Prince Georges county who valued family, friends and neighbors above all else. Born July 17, 1928 into a large family of two sisters, Rosie Hobar (Al) and Lois Corbin (Alfred) and five brothers; Jim (Norma) , Bob (Kay) , Dick (Eleanor) , Dan (Nancy) and Bill Forrester, Lucy enjoyed the support and camaraderie of her family through out the years. She met her husband in college and settled in Greenbelt, Md. to raise her family and enjoy her golden years. The loves of her life were her two sets of grandchildren: the Romanik clan - Kevin, Brian and Julie Romanik; and the Wolfe clan - Alyssa and Anna, and many of their friends who referred to her as Mom Mom?. She will be sadly missed by her son-in-law, Gary Romanik, and daughter-in-law, Ginny Wolfe along with her sister-in-laws; Ester (George) Stepahin, Dolores (Charles) Clift, Grace Miller, and Ruth (Walt) Hebb.Gathering will be from 2:00-3:00pm with Memorial Services at 3:00pm, Monday, February 16 at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Highway, Bowie Md 20715.
