On Friday, March 20, 2009; of Crofton, MD; formerly of St. Augustine, FL; He was retired from the U.S. Army as a Warrant Officer, from the Merchant Marines and from the Department of Defense. Beloved husband of the late Joanne M. Dugart; devoted father of Linda Rule Schiltz (Thomas), Jacqueline Elgie (William); Susan Knight, Darla Small and the late Robert Dugart, Jr. and Gilbert Rule; brother of the late Carl and Pauline Dugart; grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, April 27, 2009 at 1:00pm. Please arrive at the Administration Building no later than 12:30pm.
