LtCol Kenneth Lee Garst, USAF (Ret.)On Tuesday, April 7, 2009; of Crofton, MD; beloved husband of the late Maria Estela Russi Garst; devoted father of Kenneth, Perry and Mary Garst, Patricia Trunnell (Harry), Maria Estela Huidobro (Jack McGee) and Consuelo M. Stuhr (Kenneth); loving grandfather of numerous grandchildren. A funeral service with full military honors will be held in Ft.
