He was born in Washington, D.C. to Patrick and Emma (nee Leverone) Buckley. Beloved husband of Harriet Buckley for 67 years; loving father of Terry Osman (Terry) of Lusby, MD, Pat Likens (Joe) Pittsburgh, PA, Cheryl Higgins (Steve) of Sarasota, FL and the late John Ricky? Buckley, Jr. (1978); dear grandfather of 9 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
