Mary E. McCormick

Mary E. McCormick, 61, a 30 year resident of Crofton, MD passed on Friday, July 17, 2009 at Brightwood Center in Lutherville, MD after a brief illness. She was born on October 2, 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA.From 1986 until recently, she worked as a Guidance Counselor for the Anne Arundel County Public Schools and attended St Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Crofton, MD.Survivors include her daughters, Laureen Parker of Crofton, MD and Melissa McCormick of Owings Mills, MD; a brother, Michael Priestes of Erie, PA; 2 grandsons, Jacob and Matthew Parker; her mother, Katherine Priestes of Pittsburgh, PA; son-in-law, Robert Parker of Crofton, MD; sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Dannenberg and Kathleen McCormick; 7 nieces and nephews; and a host of loving relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Michael Priestes.Family will receive friends at the family owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy.
