On Sunday, July 19, 2009; of Hyattsville, MD and formerly of Topeka, KS. Beloved wife of the late William L. Cherry; loving mother of Donna Freels (Robert), Bernard G. Mohan (Pat), Mary Lewis (Robert) and the late William D. Cherry; dear sister of Alice Sims; grandmother of 18 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; also survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family will receive friends at St. Marys Catholic Church, 7401 Buchanan St., Landover Hills, MD 20784 on Friday, July 24, 2009 from 10:00-11:00am, at which time a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
