Alicia Lovgren was born on St.Croix, USVI on June 26, 1974.
Alicia was preceded in death by her father Magnus and brother Magnus Jr. She is survived by her Mother: Lorraine, 2 sisters: Yvonne and Alexandria. 1 Brother, Alexander. Alicia is an Aunt to Nieces: CJ, Sapphire, and Jasira. Nephews: Andre and Shaun. She had many friends and family members, too many to be named. The closest cousins are Joann and Jacqueline Warner, Joy Johnson. Her Aunt Karen and Uncle Valdemor.
She had received her formal education through the USVI public school systems. Once she graduated from high school she came to Maryland where she attended Howard Community College in Howard County pursuing her career in Business and excelled in her studies. She then moved on to getting married and worked for the State of Maryland, SECU. Alicia was truly blessed but after some time, she had been diagnosed with having a rare disease which eventually cause her to become disabled. But, for those who knew Alicia, it did not stop her. She remained strong in her faith, strength and displayed perseverance. Her accomplishments astounding beyond belief. It was all God.
Alicia loved spending time with her family. Helping others in ways others would not. In her leisure time she enjoyed cooking and gardening. She loved feeding and watching you eat. Most of all she took care and loves her childhood pet parrot she had from the age of six. While Alicia was in the hospital recently for almost a year, and due to COVID 19, she had been reflecting on the meaning of life. She always knew what is important and will be missed.
