Ann is in heaven today and she would want all of us to know that. Not because she was a good woman,
which she was, but because she trusted Jesus and His death, burial, and resurrection to cover her sin as
the Bible says in Roman 3:23, For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. She loved the
Lord and she would want all of us to be with her.
In her life here she was a wife of 77 years, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother, beloved Aunt, and a
treasured part of her whole family and community. Through the years she has touched all of us. She
taught Sunday School and Bible School, and she was a faithful member of her church. Even as she grew
in years her service to the Lord never waivered. All through her 80’s and until she was 93 and could no
longer see to shop, she filled shoe boxes for Samaritan’s Purse. Generally 100 or more a year and that
last year she filled 200! Through the years she created a wealth of beautiful needlework that she shared
with many of us. Her life and dedication is a shining example. We will miss you, Ann.
