Anthony (Ant) Champion Smith, known to some as Ant is the beloved
son to Donna Blackeney and Anthony Smith.
Anthony was born August 23, 1993 in Washington, DC and moved to
Maryland during his elementary school years with his family. After
grade school, Anthony joined a culinary arts program, a trade he grew
to love. He is the middle child of his mother’s 11 children and second
born of his father. Anthony is survived by his mom and dad, 10 brothers
and six sisters. Anthony left behind four nieces and two nephews whom
he loved dearly.

Anthony was an incredible person, full of life. Most recently he worked
as an Event Planner and was on the verge of a promotion due to him
being a hard worker. He had a free spirit and a personality that made
him stand out in his own way. He always felt comfortable around new
people. Anthony studied the bible for many years starting from infancy.
This gave him much knowledge about Jehovah God. Whenever things
got tough for him, he knew to turn to Jehovah.

Sadly, and so unexpectedly, at the age of 28, our dear son, brother,
uncle, cousin, and friend took his last breath on September 2, 2021. Our
family thanks everyone for there well wishes, support, and donations
through this tough time.
