It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Beulah M. Willis, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Beulah was born on February 26, 1944 in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and passed away peacefully on Saturday August 10, 2024.
Beulah was a devoted and loving mother to her two children, Bernadette Clay (Allan Grines) and Clarence Willis (Lisa Willis); loving grandmother to, Langston Clay, Edward Clay and Savion Willis; a caring sister to Laurenza (Lynette) Hinds and Elizabeth McPhie, Mervyn Willis and Shadeed Tawfig, and a loving aunt to a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of other beloved family and friends.
Beulah was predeceased by her parents George and Sybil Willis, her sister Antoinette Millette and brothers Valentine Willis, Derek Willis, Anthony Willis, and Michael Willis.
She was truly a force to be reckoned with, a free spirit, witty and smart. At the same time, her kind, loving and giving demeanor expressed her inner loving spirit and soft caring heart, always ready to make you laugh or lend a helping hand to those in need.
Beulah will be deeply missed by her many family members and friends. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her, leaving an indelible mark of faith, love, kindness, and strength.
A service to honor and celebrate Beulah’s life will be on Saturday August 17, 2024, at Beall Funeral Home in Bowie Maryland from 11:00am-1:00pm.
Following the service a reception to share memories and celebrate the life of Beulah will be held in Bowie - (Address to the reception will be provided at the service).
Rest in peace, Beulah. You will be forever missed and always remembered.
