August 30, 1946 - December 20, 2020

Charles Francis Frazier died Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the age of 74.  He was born August 30, 1946 in Washington, DC to the late Walter C. and Delores B. Frazier.  He was loved by many, including nieces and nephews, as well as friends.

Charles worked for Miramar and Empire Apartments for 36 years.  His co-workers and tenants were fond of him. 
He retired on December 15, 2014.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Davina Elaine Matthews, Quentin David Matthews, son-in-law, and granddaughter Da'Niya Louise Matthews, as well as two siblings, brother Walter Frazier and sister, Marlene Spriggs; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by four siblings: brothers, Gilbert Bush, Bruce Frazier, and sisters, Diane Stanback and Waltina Frazier.

Charles loved to attend horse racing as his hobby, as well as spending time with his granddaughter watching movies.  His daughter and granddaughter are looking forward to seeing him again in paradise.  He will be truly missed....but never forgotten. 

Viewing will be held at Beall Funeral home on Wednesday, December 30th

from 2:00pm-4:00pm.   Funeral Service will be private.
