Chris Earl Anderson

Chris Earl Anderson went to his heavenly home on Monday, August 12, 2024, after a long illness.

Chris was born on April 18, 1964, to the late Earl Anderson and the late Delorise Anderson in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Suitland High School in 1982 and went on to serve 4 years in the United States Air Force, where he was honorably discharged in 1986. He then went on to civilian service with the U.S. Pentagon, where he worked for a number of years.

Everyone that knew Chris knew him as a warm, kind person that always made friends wherever he went, and one that could always make you laugh with his comedic personality. His greatest joy in life was when his daughter Serenity was born. She was the joy of his life, and he built his life around and for her. Chris will be terribly missed by his family and friends alike.

Chris leaves to mourn his daughter, Serenity Anderson of Crofton, MD; his sister, Kathy Anderson of Crofton, MD; four aunts – Flora Grant of Cincinnati, OH; Sarah Ouzts of Greenwood, SC; Jacqueline Campbell of Alexandria, VA; Jeanette Barrow (William) of Waldorf, MD; and a host of cousins and friends.
