Cloyd L. (CL) Farmer Jr., age 67, of Bowie, MD, passed away on December 14, 2020 after a long illness. Born on April 11, 1953 to the late Cloyd L. Farmer, Sr. and Nellie Weddle Farmer. He is preceded in death by his son, Joshua E. Farmer. Survived by his daughters Deborah Beck and Jessica McVay, and son, Jeremy Farmer; grandchildren, Harley and Kailey Lewis, Grace McVay, Jayla and Jemma Farmer. Forever remember by his loving partner, Linda Muck, her daughter Christine Wetzel and son John Muck, and grandchildren, Travis Winebrenner, Bradley and Lacey Muck.
CL was a lifetime member and honorary Deputy Chief of Kentland Volunteer Fire Department, and retired Captain of the Naval District of Washington Fire Department, where he dedicated his life to the fire service.
The viewing will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Beall Funeral Home. Beall Funeral Home is located at 6512 NW Crain Highway, Bowie, MD 20715. Graveside Service and Interment will follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD 20722.
