On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, Daniel Allen Tilghman, 77, passed away surrounded by family and friends. He was born on April 22, 1947 in Salisbury MD. He was the youngest child of Chester and Dorotha Tilghman, and brother to the late Dion Tilghman and the late Sharon Davis. Dan graduated from Wicomico High School in Salisbury, MD. In 1984, he married and had two daughters, Emma and Abigail. He has been a resident of Pasadena, MD since 2013. He was a life long salesman and had worked as a sales associate for many years at Value City Furniture in Pasadena earning many awards and recognitions for his expertise in sales. He also opened his own comic book and memorabilia store with his brother, Dion. His hobbies included metal detecting, coin collecting and wood working. He was an avid sci-fi fan and loved watching horror movies and westerns.
Dan is survived by his two children, Emma and Abigail both of Pasadena; his nephew Dion Tilghman II of Bel Air and his children, his niece Dottie Knous, her husband George and their children, nieces Heather Davis, her children, and Karla Smith all of Salisbury, MD.
