Deepak I. Patel, daughter of Kantaben and Raojibhai Patel, was born on August 12, 1941 in Calcutta, India, and passed away on September 28, 2021 in Lanham, Maryland. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Indravadan Patel and their son, Nicky Patel. She was preceded in death by their oldest son, Tushar Patel.
Deepak and Indravadan immigrated to the United States in the 1960’s. She was instrumental in bringing family over from India, single handedly filling out immigration applications for over thirty family members from both sides. The couple housed and cared for many loved ones over the years.
Devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. We wish you farewell in your journey to eternity.
