On Monday, November 12, 2018, of Crofton, MD. Beloved wife of Lloyd Hathaway, who predeceased her in 2015, loving mother to Stephen Hathaway and Jeffrey Hathaway (Paula); sister of Marian Ekers and Elvira Lake (both predeceased her), grandmother of Meghan, Michael and Joanna. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the health care providers that cared for Dorothy, particularly Dr. Ruth Gallatin and her staff, Kadine Mitchell and the Brightview South River staff, Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center and the staff of Anne Arundel Medical Center. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 4pm to 7pm at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rt. 3 South), Bowie, MD. A funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1800 Seton Drive, Crofton, MD, at 11am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to DeMatha Catholic High School, Development Office, 4313 Madison Street, Hyattsville, MD 20781 or Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
