Elsie Diane Manzon

Elsie Diane Manzon, 69 of Bowie, MD, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC.  She was born February 12, 1952 in Washington DC and was the only daughter of the late Carey and Elsie Jacobs. She grew up in Maryland and graduated from Bowie High School.  She is survived by Andy Manzon, her husband of  29 years.

 

Diane was a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She devoted her life to caring for her family.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro.

 

She is survived by her five children, Tommy (Nikki) Dale of Bowie MD, Timmy (Sandy) Dale of Munfordville KY, Christy (Steve) Shaak of Tilghman Island MD, Theresa (Steve) Heilig of Denton MD, and Joey (Jillian) Dale of Mt Airy MD.  Two brothers, Jimmy (Susan) Jacobs of Waldorf MD and Dennis (Sandy)Jacobs of Solomons MD. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren Nick, Nathan, Amber, Ashley, Alex, Timmy, Braddock, Stevie, Franki, Jordyn,Sofie, & Ozzy and her 5 great grandchildren.
