Fred W. Hoffman

Fred Wesley Hoffman, born February 4, 1949, passed away surrounded by his family on October 27, 2018. 

He was born in Cumberland, MD to Wilfred and Ruth Hoffman, the eldest of four. He graduated from James Madison High School in 1967. He worked as a truck driver for 43 years before retiring.

Fred enjoyed watching old westerns and he loved his sports. His favorite teams were the Washington Nationals and the Washington Redskins.  We will truly miss hearing him holler at the TV during the games.

He is survived by his wife Marcia of 45 years, his son David and his wife Karie and their children Connor and Kylie, and his daughter Jennifer and her husband Michael and their soon to be son.  He is also survived by his mother Ruth Hoffman, his siblings Randy Hoffman, Ann Decker, Varena Smith and their families.

He will live on forever in our hearts watching over us from Heaven.
