A hardworking man with a thousand-watt smile, Tyler enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. He was happiest with his family or in the outdoors. He found peace while engulfed in a woodworking project and never under-valued a good meal. He loved his job of 14 years at Solar Energy Services and valued its commitment to preserving natural resources.
Tyler loved nothing more than his family. Along with his beautiful wife of 13 years, Jenn, he leaves behind his children, Hayden 9, Kayla 5, and Colt 3, his loving Mother and Dad, Tina and Jim Major, his sisters Chevas, Marlee, and Sydnie, and many close cousins. He will be missed fiercely.
In his short time on Earth, Tyler’s presence was like a wave. Majestic, exciting, giving, beautiful, and sometimes even reckless. Now the wave has returned to the ocean and while his family is left thirsty, they know it’s only taken a new form. In his memory, open your heart and offer compassion without judgement, a shoulder, an ear, or even a laugh.
