Ida was born in Caserta, Italy Nov 24, 1926.  She came to The United States in 1947 and Married Frank Dellerba.
Became a United State Citizen in 1952 . She was a wife and loving mother of eight children. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. In her early years she volunteered at St.Bernards Catholic Church in Riverdale,Md. The family moved to New Carrollton in 1963 where she remained until her death. She was active in New Carrollton Boys and Girls Club as a volunteer. She worked at the Sheraton Hotel in New Carrollton as a banquet server. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and of course spending time with the family. Ida never got her license to drive. Many would see her walking the streets of New Carrollton to get to where she needed to go. She was loved, honored and respected by all who knew her. As she would say ,”She never met a stranger.”Her family and friends will miss her greatly.
