Javon Keith Perry, a kind, passionate, warm and loving father, son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin
and a friend to all who knew him was born on February 24, 1981 in New Iberia, Louisiana, to Keith W Perry and
Lucila Xiomara Perry.
On Tuesday July 9, 2024 Javon Keith Perry, 43 years old, passed away peacefully and suddenly in his hometown of
Waldorf, Maryland.
Javon was a graduate of Oxon Hill High School, Oxon Hill, Maryland. Javon studied Computer Science at Prince
George Community College, Largo, Maryland. After two years he accompanied his parents at Shape NATO, Mons,
Belgium Military Base. Javon continued his education in Computer and Satellite studies at Texas University
European Campus.
At the age of twenty one, Javon began his twenty two year career working for the US Government Bolling Airforce
Base as a Desktop Network Administrator. During his tenure he also held multiple positions while overseas. He
began his contracting career as a Desktop Support Specialist with Unisys Corporation, Chèvres, Belgium. SATCOM
Network Operator Space and Naval Warfare Systems with MC Dean, Stuttgart, Germany. SAIC, SATCOM Network
Controller Operator, DISA Europe Global SATCOM, Stuttgart, Germany. PERATON, Space Intelligence and Cyber
Sector (NASA) Naval Research Laboratory Blossom Point, Welcome Maryland and finally SATCOM Communications
Operator, NATO Communications and Information Agency, Kester Belgium.
Javon was highly intelligent far beyond his years and a loving person. He spent the majority of his life living and
working in Europe. He was loving and devoted to both his family and work. Javon’s passion was traveling. He also
enjoyed fishing and history relate documentaries/movies and museums. Javon was fond of old school cars.
Javon leaves a multitude of family and friends to cherish his memory: He is survived by two loving sons Jaxon and
Gabriel Perry of Stuttgart, Germany; his parents Retired Army SFC Keith W Perry, and Mrs. Lucila Xiomara Perry of
Waldorf, Maryland; two brothers; Roderick Perry of Waldorf, Maryland, Carlos Perez of Albany, New York;
grandparents; Victor and Charlotte Pineda; Aunt Kathy Payano; Four uncles; Victor(Nino), Andre Pineda, Ron
Henderson, Tony Carter and a host of other relatives, cousins and friends who accept that his untimely departure
is Heaven’s gain.
Javon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mrs. Rita Carter, Mr. Albert Perry Sr., and Zobeida Perez,
Uncles: Albert Perry Jr., James Perry Sr., Charles Perry Sr., Aunt: Paula Perry.
There is a special place in our hearts for Dr. Erron Lewis because of his continued dedication, love and support.
With Javon’s passing, we remind others that his life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss him every day,
especially his winning smile. He will forever remain in our hearts through his teachings about life. We were able
to create wonderful memories. It has been a privilege and an honor to be his parents.
