This is a going home celebration for our dear son, father, husband and friend Jeffrey Vincent Toney born in Panama City Florida on March 22nd 1973 to James Rudolph to James Rudolph Toney and Priscilla Baltimore Toney. As a Young Man Jeff attended Riverdale Elementary School and later went to Bladensburg high school and graduated at the top of his class in 1991. At Bladensburg High School is where he begin his passion for mechanic and cars. His first job as a auto mechanic technician was at Sears and Roebuck his mother and father didn't even know he knew how to drive until his father's car broke down and his father was stranded and Jeffery came with this car to rescue him. He was very proud and excited at this new chosen path he soon Brought his first car which was a Ford Mustang 5.0 and that was the start of his passion for cars Jeffery has had several different types of cars luxury cars Mercedes, Bentley a couple Corvettes and several Mustangs. After realizing that he had learned everything he could as far as a car is concerned he decided to further his education and went back to school to be a airplane mechanic. This brought him so much joy and he's had the privilege to travel overseas to different countries several times and ultimately and eventually he became an inspector supervisor to ensure the safety and security of all aircraft before they were allowed to fly. He stayed in this position for 20 years. Jeffery leaves behind three children from a previous marriage David Devin and diamond and one grandchild Egypt and also his current wife Delaine Toney and adopted children Demmy and Luz. Jeff's life Passions was not just for cars and planes but family in love. If you knew him you wanted to be just like him his Thrive is motivation and determination inspired many people. Jeffery live The Good Life but a life taken way too soon. The Gates of Heaven welcome him and the Lord will say Well done my good and faithful servant enter into the joy of the Lord. We will all miss you but we knew your pain and knew your struggles our hearts ache because you're not with us. But we want you to rest peacefully in eternity until we see you again. We will always remember your sunglasses and your red skin smell. I love you so much son we all love you very much now and forever your family.
