Joseph (Joe Joe) Bernard Corridon, 86, formerly of Annapolis, MD, peacefully entered God’s eternal care on April 3rd, 2021 after a hard fought battle with cancer.
He was born in Washington DC on June 10th, 1934 to Leroy and Mary Corridon. He served his country by completing 3 years of Honorable service in the United States Army. Following the Army, he worked for Sears for nearly 20 years as a TV Service Field Repair Technician. Joe loved working with electronics and the public in this capacity. After Sears, he continued to work on TV’s and other electronics for smaller companies.
His hobbies included bowling, horseshoes, ping pong, tennis, and all sorts of games which required very good eye hand coordination and finesse. He loved to dance, joke around, and have a good time.
Survivors include his former wife Carolyn Meade, his daughters, Tina and her husband Danny Walburn, Michelle and her husband Bill Blumenfeld, son Scott and his wife Kim Corridon, son-in-law David Benso, brothers Bobby and Pat Corridon, nine grandchildren: Dale Berkheimer, Ryan Walburn, Danielle Walburn, Brittany and Haley Blumenfeld, Bradford and Brooke Corridon, Joan and Mary Benso, and 11 great-grandchildren: Tyler, Amanda, Anthony, Mackenzie, Riley, Raegan, Andre, Jeremiah, David, Jordyn, and Kylie.
In addition to his parents Leroy and Mary Corridon, he was also preceded in death by his daughter Christy Benso.
