On Sunday, November 28, 2021 Kenneth “Ken” “Kenny” Eugene Ludlum passed away; Devoted husband of the late Leslie Ludlum; Beloved father of Stephen and Kevin Ludlum; Dear brother of the late Carroll Penney; He is also survived by 4 granddaughters (Samantha, Gabrielle, Emma and Isabelle). Kenny lived for many years on Tower Drive in Laurel, MD where he and his friends worked on their cars and shared life stories. He was a good friend to many.
