Larry L. Vakoutis

On Monday, September 7th 2020, Larry Lambro Vakoutis of Baltimore; beloved husband of the late Stephanie Vakoutis (nee Stamas); devoted father of Alexis Vakoutis, Gia Lericos and her husband Bill; loving grandfather to Nicholas Lesser, Sofia and Petey Lericos; dear brother to John Vakoutis and Stassa Vakoutis and son of the late George and Angelina Vakoutis.

Larry lived a full life dedicated to his family and his Church. After earning his Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, he worked as an advertising and sales executive in various fields. An avid boater, motorcycle and sports car enthusiast, Larry particularly enjoyed grilling meat, and picking crabs and lobster with his loved ones. His charming and gregarious personality will be missed by all.

The family will receive visitors in the Peaceful Alternatives Funeral Center, 2325 York Road on Thursday, September 10th from 3-5 and 7-9 PM, with a Trisaghion service at 7:30 PM. Mr. Vakoutis will lie-in-state on Friday, September 11th at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, 24 W. Preston Street from 10-10:30 AM. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, with internment at the Greek Orthodox Cemetery, 5917 Windsor Mill Road.
