Lawrence E. Miller

Lawrence E. (Larry) Miller, Jr., Age 64, of Bowie passed away Friday, June 11, 2021.  Larry is survived by his mother, Phylis Miller, his sister, Patti Rawlings and husband Eddie Rawlings, his brother Jeff Miller and wife Jane Miller, nieces and nephews.  Larry is preceded in death by his father, Larry Miller Sr., sister Pam Henderson and brother John Miller.

Larry went to Bowie Senior High School.  He worked as an auto mechanic for many years.  He was eager to help someone in need when it came to fixing their car.  He was an avid league and tournament bowler and enjoyed playing golf.  In his early years he was involved in the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department, Station 39.  He lived at the station for over a year to man the ambulance at night.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Bowie Volunteer Fire Department, Station 39.
