Louis Sotirakos

Louis “Louie” Sotirakos passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 20, 2019. Louie was born on December 23, 1930. 

The loving husband, of 64 years, to Diamando (Kourniotis) Sotirakos, they were married on November 12, 1955.

He is survived by his daughter Bessie Demos (Emmanuel), son Peter Sotirakos, grandchildren Stephen Demos (fiancé Danielle), Elias Sotirakos and Sophia Sotirakos. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Panagiotis and Vasiliki Sotirakos, his brothers Nicolaos, Kostantinos, Ioannis and Athanasios.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 12pm to 1pm at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, 24 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD, followed by a funeral service at 1pm. Interment St. Demetrios Cemetery, 2502 Cub Hill Road, Parkville, MD. In lieu of flower donations may be made to the Annunciation Senior Center, 24 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD.
