Mary Martha Reppert

July 8, 1939 — November 8, 2022

Crofton

Mary Martha Reppert was called home on Wednesday, November 8, 2022.

Known to family and friends as Marty, she was born July 8, 1939 in Pensacola, Florida to Elmer and Marie Holobaugh, the youngest of seven. Marty was raised in Nebraska by her married sister from age nine following the tragic death of her father.

Marty was a talented writer and her life in the deep South and on the Great Plains of Nebraska were the inspiration for her children's stories and poems.

She married Thomas (Tom) Reppert and together they raised two daughters, Jean Marie and Victoria Lynn, and is retired from the National Archives where she worked in human resources.

The beloved Grandmother of Lauren Waldorf Mendenhall, Aaron Waldorf and Brian Waldorf is survived by her husband Tom, daughter Victoria, and great grandchildren, Eva and Felicity Mendenhall, Timon Brown, and David James Waldorf. She joins her oldest daughter, Jean Marie, who passed earlier this year, fully restored in eternity with the Lord.

Marty was a dedicated supporter of St. Judes Hospital and the Nation of Israel. She was strong in her faith, committed to prayer for her family, and will be remembered for her graceful mealtime blessings. Her sense of humor, contagious laugh, chic style and generous spirit will be carried on through her daughter, grandchildren, and great children as we await the day we are all reunited.
