Matthew Joseph Verrier

Matthew Joseph Verrier, 24, of Crofton, Maryland, died suddenly on August 21, 2021.  Matthew was a 2015 graduate of Southern High School and a 2019 graduate of Lincoln College of Technology. 

Matthew was a cherished son to Patricia A. Verrier and a beloved brother to Christopher F. Verrier.

Matthew was predeceased by his loving Father, Joseph Arthur Verrier, of Bedford, MA, his paternal grandparents, Paul and Dorothea Verrier, of Bedford, MA, and his maternal grandparents, William and Martha Thistle of Malden, MA.

In addition to his mother and brother, Matthew leaves behind his aunts: Barbara Thistle (Stamford, CT), Paula Verrier (Bedford, MA), and Sandra Alexander (Montgomery Center, VT), as well as several cousins and close friends.

Matthew’s warm and cheerful smile will be missed by so many, but we take comfort knowing that he is with his dad, Joe and at peace in the loving arms of his Eternal Father. 

Friends and family will be received on August 25, 2021, from 6 to 8 pm at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Highway, Bowie, MD.

A funeral mass will be at 11 am on August 26, 2021, at Sacred Heart Church, 16501 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD.  Interment will be private in Bedford, MA.
