Michael P. Cannon

Michael Paul Cannon was born on September 29, 1954 to Joseph and Anna Mae Cannon. He was born in Hazelton, Pennsylvania and lived there until he was 9 when he then moved to Lanham, Maryland. He went on to attended Archbishop Carroll High School in NE Washington D.C. and graduated in 1972.

Mike lived his life to the fullest and had few regrets. He was a die hard New York Yankee fan and also a University of Maryland basketball fanatic, he, loved the Terps. He enjoyed sitting on his porch drinking a beer and having the company of his friends and family.

On Friday August 3, 2019 Mike passed on from this world into the next. He is survived by his brothers Jim and Mark, his sister Maureen, his son Jonathan, his son Ryan and daughter-in-law Meghan and the two great joys of his life: his grandchildren, Joe and Clare.

He will be greatly missed, and never forgotten.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthias Catholic Church in Lanham, Maryland on Saturday August 10, 2019 at 10AM.

There will be a Celebration of LIfe at Old Bowie Town Grille, 8604 Chestnut Avenue, Bowie, MD at 12:30pm
