Pamela A. Burd

Pamela M. Burd age 75 of Severn, MD passed away Sunday July 09, 2023.  She was born May 22, 1948, in Chico, CA and grew up in Connellsville, PA.  She is the daughter of the late Reverend Richard J. Mansker and Betty Ramsey Mansker.  Pam is the beloved wife of her husband Dennis W. Burd.

Pam is the devoted mother of Charity (Brock) Goodwin of Elkridge, Maryland.  Also surviving are her grandchildren Johnny H. Goodwin and Zion B. Goodwin and her brother Paul Mansker.

Pam was a member of Grace Baptist Church.  She was a graduate of Connellsville Area Senior High School Class of 1966 and earned her Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University in August 2005.  She served her country supporting Veterans as a Procedures Analyst with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Friends and family will be received at Grace Baptist Church on Race Track Road, Bowie, MD on Saturday from 10am to 11am followed by a service at 11am with Pastor Mark Tanious officiating.
