Pamela M. Phillips, “Cindy” entered the gates of Heaven, February 15th 2022 from COVID19 complications. She was surrounded by her husband and children. She was 64 years old.
Cindy was a proud wife, mother and grandmother. Born in Washington D.C. June 13th 1957, she grew up and attended school in Hyattsville, MD. She worked in Food service for Anne Arundel county public schools at South River High School for 22 years. Cindy was a resident of Davidsonville for 30+ years along with her husband Kelly Phillips, of over 40 years. She enjoyed shopping outings with her favorite shopping buddy, Sheila M. Robertson. Along with her husband, they cultivated life long friendships which she cherished as close as her family.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Stan Kelly Phillips Sr., two children; Shelly P. Dresser of Southern Pines, NC. Stan Kelly Phillips Jr. of Easton, MD. Four grandchildren, Madison M. Sweeney, Mason A. Giuffre, Noah J. Giuffre and Naomi R. Phillips. One brother, William A. Madison of Midlothian, VA. Step mother Mary A. Madison of North Chesterfield, VA. Sister-in-law, Marcia E. Madison of Alexandria, VA. And, six nieces and nephews; Heather Gutshaw, Erin M. Smith, Meagan E. Madison, William O. Madison, Linden M. R. Madison, and Conner W. R. Madison.
She is proceeded in death by her mother, Marion M. Madison. Her father William R. Madison and brother Stephen R. Madison.
