Patricia Ann Giannakis

Patricia Ann Giannakis (Pat), 75 of Odenton, MD passed away November 2, 2021. She retired from the W.S.S.C., where was the first female database administrator.

She enjoyed doing anything with her family. She loved to read and play games. She also liked to make needlepoint gifts, and enjoyed painting.  She was a die-hard Redskins fan. Her motto regarding food was, “Life is short, eat dessert first!”. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Steve, her children Kelly Seay (Buddy), Jimmy Sims, and Sara Sims, her grandchildren Kamber Schlechte (Luke), Jacob Seay (Danielle), and her great grand children, Lane Schlechte and Kellan Seay. She was looking forward to the arrival of a 3^rd great grandchild, due in April. She is also survived by her sisters, Theresa Nichols, and Judi Gordon as well many other beloved family members. She was preceded in death by her mother Ersa Geiger.

We lost a Christ-loving, strong, intelligent, amazing lady. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family and friends with her whole heart. We ache because we love this beautiful soul, but we rejoice because she knew and loved her Jesus and is now in His eternal kingdom. We so appreciate all those who prayed with us for her healing, and while we wanted her here with us, God’s plans are perfect. She is out of pain, and in a place of perfect peace and all God promises to those who believe in the name of Jesus.
