Patricia Pruitt Martin

On Tuesday April 11, 2023, loving and strong mother and wife Patricia Martin née Pruitt passed away at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She is survived by her husband Jason; son Jaiden; daughters Aryana and Paige; her mother Bonnie; her sister Samantha. She is preceded in death by her father David (1997).

Trish was diagnosed with Stage 4 Triple Negative Invasive Carcinoma Metastatic Breast Cancer in November 2021. Throughout chemo and radiation she kept her determination strong to be around for her children and husband. She fought against this disease valiantly, keeping her will strong regardless of all the obstacles that were in her way. 

At death Trish was surrounded by her husband and children, passing with the love of her family and friends in her mind. 

Through her cancer journey she fought and argued with every woman she knew, out of love, to get tested and find out their status in hopes of saving another person. That is her legacy, caring for others strongly even in the face of death. Trish will always be remembered and she will always be loved. Look for her in the butterflies and keep going.
